  Shipping was fast, the company is very communicative. There was one small issue with my order they made sure to clear up so I wasn't sent the wrong part. The transmission was packaged very securely, and definitely, without a doubt how it was described was on point with the value of the unit. If I ever need another transmission as a great price, fast shipping, and great quality, I'll be using this company exclusively.

  Communication was pathetic. I attempted to contact the seller twice with questions about this product and they never responded. BUT, I received a high-quality item at a very fair price. The item was very well packaged and was sent UPS, and not via the mail man who loses things. If communication could improve, this would be an A+ seller.

  Extremely satisfied of the service. Shipping was fast, the company is very communicative. great value. great packaging. There was a small issue with my order not matching the color of the part i requested. However, the seller offered immediate support with full refund of the item in a very short time. professional seller that i definitely recommend.

  Shipping was quick, item however was poorly packaged which could have led to the broken retaining clip either that or it was missed in QC. Regardless I reached out to the seller and they worked with me the best they could to resolve my concerns and rectify the issue. With that being said I will happily attempt to shop from them again I'm the future! Thank you!

  Item was exactly as described, really good used condition, I am very happy with the purchase. Great value and shipping went smooth. Packaging was very well, lots of bubble wrap luckily, as the box was all torn up as it was delivered. Thanks to the great packaging, there was no damage to the item. Really happy, will do business again for sure! Thanks!

  Fast shipping! Arrived on time with well equipped machine. Price is good (Probably there is cheaper but i'm happy with it) Received as was discribed. Intelegent carrier, hi deserves 5 stars! He is from Romania, professional and kind. I wish Agent Elia would be Polite and respond on time other then that is 5 stars!
