I ordered heart-shaped patches, but I received a different version than what I had ordered. I contacted the seller, and they replied that they would send the correct color of patches the next day. I received my package just four days later. The seller told me to keep the previous patches. I'm really happy with how the seller handled the situation, so it's a 10/10 so I will definitely order again!

I received my initial pumpkin completely smashed and sent photographs to prove it. The seller asked if I would like a refund or a replacement. I asked for a replacement which arrived today - smashed . The item was not packaged properly and I again took photos and contacted the seller. I was told to send all the broken glass back through the post (including the initial pumpkin that was disposed of) to obtain my refund.
