At the beginning everything was fine chair arrived OK but it was too small for me so I had to return it back . Since then everything went down the hill . There is no proper customer service on the other hand of course, it's been 2 weeks since I sent the chair back and they keep saying they haven't receive it. so be conscious if you want to buy something of them.
