    After waiting 7 days after purchase with no shipping indicated, I contacted seller. She said she had been in the hospital and was going to have to cancel order. Refunded.

    Really wanted the item but there was no shipping label created. I contacted the seller who promptly responded with an apology and expressed that her pet had died. And asked if I still wanted the item (which I do and did) unfortunately she went ahead and refunded and cancelled the order. Sadly her pet died and unfortunately I didn’t get the item.

    I received a completely wrong item. Cheap modern necklace, instead of the Bakelit brooch I purchased. Absolutely no support from the seller, except of a few excuses. It is my first negative review in my whole eBay history as a buyer.
