  It took a very long time to recieve the item (30+ days) however I can only assume that this is not entirely the fault of the seller as they were willing to communicate through the process when I reached out about the item. The playmat is amazing and is comparable quality to an official konami playmat. The design is vibrant and looks wonderful. I highly recommend this seller if you are willing to be patient with the shipping.

  Very unprofessional and complacent. Placed order in November and after over a month still had not received the product. Order never showed shipped and tracking was never imputed. Contacted seller and never received any return messages. Ended up getting a refund and would highly recommend avoiding this seller at all costs .

  Oggetto proveniente dalla Cina. I tempi di consegna sono stati coerenti ma mi ha un po' infastidito pagare 3.40 di tasse di dogana. Sarebbe il caso di specificare la prossima volta. Il prodotto sebbene senza confezione è arrivato bene ed è di buona qualità.
