The best polarizing filter
It is a high quality polarizing filter that does not give any undesirable effect to the photos. It only polarizes the light. The glass is fine, and this is important too. All the frame is thin (slim) too and this also avoid the vignetting effect when used on most wide-angle lenses. It was rated as "the best on the market" by a stat I found on the Internet.
(I wrote it has not a constant effect, but it is normal that a polarizing filter has not a constant effect: it depends on light angle and on filter rotation.)
