They accidentally sent the wrong pair of jeans and instead of doing a return/exchange they offered to send the correct pair for free and let me keep the pair I received originally. This type of customer service is awesome and I will definitely be buying from them again! Shipping is quick from Italy, item was as described, and value is great!
