  Really good seller. I got a great price on the item and it came on time. It was as beautiful as described. The seller sounds like they put thought into the packaging and even did a shake test, but unfortunately there wasn’t enough cushion and one of the pieces broke. That being said, the seller immediately refunded me and seemed to take the issue into consideration for future packaging. I’m still happy with the seller and would buy again.

  Thank you. Yes, i've come along way in packaging. Started witht shredded paper(that was a solid no go for glass/ceramic/pottery), advanced to bubble wrap, but did use enough tape, then big jump to the foam wrap I use now. Better results. I asked at my local P.O. if they used the packages for footballs :-) no but diid get explanaition of conveyor belts-multiple trucks and drops. enjoy the Tureen.
