    My order has been precisely refunded instantly once I messaged the supplier. Customer Service 5Star honestly. Delivery courier messed up the order-no idea how did they delivered under my address-as there was no package left in a safe spot. As I said-Customer service from the seller sort my case out without opening the case. Such things happen sadly-but these efforts from the seller are remarkable-that is all I can vote for. Refunded amount arrived within 12 hours from the issued date.

    The item arrived in good time and was a good price but Unfortunately was not well packaged ( Just in the box from the manufacturer !! ) and had been badly damaged in transit which made it unsafe to use. I contacted the seller who arranged for it to be sent back to them at their expense and I was given a full refund. I'm happy with the refund but would not order from them again I'm afraid.

    Was contacted by seller advising that the tracking was showing no movement so they declared the item as lost and processed a refund. Brilliant customer service on their part but shame on shoddy delivery service! Happy to recommend seller to all. AAA*****+++++++++

    Shocking service, got my mid Sealey tool box delivered damaged to the point it’s not square. Set photos, to show, and got offered £5 reward, when the item was £135. Said I would like a replacement and I would send this one back, still no answer. Chancing there luck. Sending damage stock to customers. Poor service. Don’t buy from this site
