  This machine is fantastic, but this seller is terrible. The machine came with old software, and there is no way t o update it. So this software crashes when importing DXF files, after several attempts to resolve this with the seller, we only get canned, and incorrect messages. Some responses are in German instead of english and the responses are all generic, like "we will have a professional contact you" which they never do. after more than 2 weeks and several emails, we still have no solution.
