  Everything about the item is PERFECT! The only downside is the shipping time if you're in the USA. Other than that, everything was perfect. Obviously time zones change the pace at which you can receive email updates from the company, but they answered ALL of my questions throughout the entire process! 10/10 would definitely order from them again if the occasion ever arises. Was honestly doubtful towards the beginning, but now that I have my case all of my worries are put to rest!

  The product was delivered eventually. Everything as expected, proper courier shipping, safely packed. The only issue is that they sent it after a few weeks from the payment even though it was supposed to be in stock and they lied that it was already shipped (tracking revealed when they actually sent it). Anyway, everything except the shipping time exceptional with this seller.

  This seller is wonderful! They shipped my pen from Italy and it is perfect and exactly what I wanted and hoped for, a Genuine Wacom Art Pen with rotation, and I couldn’t be happier.   Item is exactly as described at a good price. The shipment arrived within the estimated delivery date. When I contacted the seller to get an update on the shipment I got a very fast response. Once the item was shipped I got daily updates on its progress. I would buy from this seller again without hesitation.
