Small issue ended up being user error. Seller responded very quickly to my question and was asking how to make it right. Isssue was my fault, product was how it was expected. Seller has good character.

The box arrived damaged, but when I removed the parts they appeared unharmed. There were no installation instructions provided in the box and it turned out one nut was missing. Luckily Ace had it. I was able to find a youtube video that walked me through the process. It fit perfectly and seems to work well. Can't wait to see the difference when towing.

Superfast shipping! Packaging was pretty good, but with a heavy item, transporters can break through the best of packaging. Item just as described with good photos.

Reasonable price, for lower control arm. Dorman, is not the best, but the price was right. It's heavy and appears to be solid. It fit, in place like it should, but the torsion bar fits a little looser than I thought it would, but it has plenty of bite, so should be okay. Didn't come with castle nut and cotter pin, for ball joint, but seller gave partial refund, to cover it. Seller was great and responsive.
