  Ordered via priority mail 6/9/24 and still not shipped by 7/3/24. Refund granted 7/11/24 ONLY after getting Ebay involved. Seller claiming "busy with other projects" is not a valid excuse for holding onto $300+ cash. POSITIVE reviews ARE EARNED!!

  I like the product very much. The seller using a third party, who did not ship in a timely manner, was not a good business practice. The seller should have double checked their orders without needing to be prompted to. The seller should have also replied to my queries in a more timely manner. The seller did finally respond and admitted their error and made sure the item was quickly shipped. In other words, a great product but poor process and handling.
