  Many thanks good communication well packaged. As described good value. Quick delivery, though through no fault of seller was delivered to wrong address I did receive the item same day unopened. Very happy and grateful they arrived on time! :)

  The very good value for money (seller made offer on top of a very competitive original price) bookends were dispatched extremely quickly to arrive within their advertised delivery dates but with some bits missing (due to not enough packaging material in the cardboard box). A bit disappointed with damaged items (as they were a birthday gift) but would absolutely recommend seller's customer service skills which were 2nd to none as full refund was issued without problem & very quickly! 5***++!

  Item arrived today via envri. Extremely happy with my purchase which is backup in case my other one goes wrong. Represents very good value for money and is exactly as described. Packaging was good and postage very reasonable. My thanks also to the seller. He answered all my questions and am delighted to have made the purchase.
