  Shipped game in an oversized Tupperware container. This would have been fine but they used basket plastic "hay" as packing material. The stuff that is used for decorations in baskets. The plastic has no structural integrity meaning the game bounced around the Tupperware container while being shipped OVERSEAS. I even warned them specifically to pack it well. They did not, causing all 4 corners other game to be smashed in. Would not trust or do business again.

  I did not ask for a refund. I wanted to ship the item back to you and return it. YOU took it upon yourself to refund me and eBay told me to keep the item. How is that my fault? How am I ungrateful? I am leaving accurate feedback so others can see how you ship items....that is exactly what this feedback system is for. Just because you decide to refund me does not negate the negative experience I had. Karma goes both ways, you decide to ship the item extremely poorly, this Is on you.
