  Item never arrived, tracking number was nothing like a real one (had no letters at all, despite being “Royal Mail”) absolutely no communication when I asked if they knew why my item was late/throughout eBay case. In the end eBay refunded. I see others have apparently received their item in the last month, but my experience was entirely negative
