  We agreed on the price, but he still sold it to someone else at a higher price. The charge was paid and then returned after 2 days. unfairly totaly

  As you can see from my eBay, I never sold the item to anyone else or at a higher price. While preparing the order I noticed a defect and immediately issued refund (the 2-day delay was due to eBay’s processing time). eBay told me they would notify the buyer themselves and that I didn’t need to do anything that's why I didn't text the buyer. I then contacted the buyer to have the feedback removed, but they won’t listen and still think it’s my fault. 20 years on ebay and never a problem until today
