  USPS had my package stuck in a loop. I contacted the seller and then they contacted USPS personally and got it resolved within a day. Very responsive seller who went above and beyond to make sure I got my package! Power supply I received (-18v DC for my Mix12FX) fits, works and seems to be sturdy. Which is good because this power supply seems to be hard to find these days. Would recommend!

  I did not buy this item. They sent me info that I needed to make the purchase but I received it later than expected. At that time I thought someone was trying a scam so I declined unknowingly that was the info I needed to complete the purchase. Long story... communication with key detail is very important

  Shipping was fast, The seller sent me a 2 used and damaged horn driver flares. I had notified the seller. He promised to get back to me with an explanation, he never did. I messaged the seller 4 times disrespectfully I was ignored. The seller is not honest on description of merchandise.I don't like writing such reviews but I had to on this order.I wasn't happy that I was ignored when reporting the used and damaged merchandise he sent me. Please be honest on items description, that all am asking
