  Other than arriving in a poly envelope with the original box smashed completely flat. The Strings came in seperate polybags. colorcoded. Brand new Fender product as discribed. Should work fine. Good value at this pricepoint. I would buy from this Supplier again...fs

  The item arrived quickly. The Floyd Rose packaging isn’t the greatest, and a couple of the smaller pieces escaped the packaging and one bit was lost entirely. I reached out to the seller, who shipped out replacement parts right away. Great customer service.

  Ordered a stainless steel capo and seller sent me a polished nickel capo in the packaging wich says stainless steel. I sent message in regards to a return and no response from seller. This seller scamed me !! Beware if you order one of these.

  Seller shipped extremely fast. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size but the seller was cooperative with exchange and shipped the new one same day I ordered it. Otherwise it was exactly as described.
