  My purchase arrived on time and as advertised. The camera system components were delivered in three separate shipments, probably because of the amount that I purchased. The equipment was packaged very well and arrived in excellent shape. The seller responded to my questions promptly, considering it was the holiday season. I installed the cameras, and all are working as they should. I am pleased with my purchase, and I recommend this system and seller. Thanks*****

  DVR did not have the RS-485 control interface stated in the description and pictured in the listing. Seller quickly acknowledged the error and refunded a portion of the purchase price. The interacton was a positive one, and the resolution a reasonable one. Delivery was several days later than stated, as the item was not located in California (where I am) as stated in the listing. If I recall correctly, it shipped from Kentucky. Item itself (aside from lack of RS-485) is fine. - Thanks!

  Exactly as describe albeit one of the two cameras had a crack on front glass. Seller immediately responded and processed a replacement txn providing return shipping label. Received new replacement camera within about 7 days after shipping back defective. Recommended seller! A+++

  As advertised and on time. Shipped quickly. Cameras shipped via UPS and arrived unscathed ( no box damage). DVR shipped double boxed via USPS - outside box dinged, dented and holes in exterior box, inside box in good shape.
