  product as described, when box arrived damaged contents had pushed through box empty. Contacted ZORO spoke to very helpful member of staff replacement sent straight away just received item ,a very positive experience dealing with ZORO and there staff

  The drill was correct and as described, but as per the advertisement there should have been quantity 10 and I only received quantity one. I contacted the supplier and he reviewed the description and agreed that it was incorrect. He refunded me in full and apologised and sa that the advertisement would be corrected. I am completely satisfied with the outcome and the fast response of the seller. I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him.

  The box needs to be taped shut as they all came out in transit so not many strips now. That said all good, prompt delivery. Good comms. Good company.

  This is the first time I have ordered from Zoro, the delivery was fast but unfortunately they delivered the wrong tool. I contacted zoro to highlight this and a Was a bit worried the response would be poor based on other customers feedback, I couldn’t have been more wrong! They responded to emails quickly, thank you Sam and sent out the correct tool and received it two days after the original error. I can’t ask for a better response to the original issue. Thank you and would definitely use Zoro

  Delivered on time, not as described however made enquiry and did not really get a supportive reply, explained that I will return items but asked for different option on similar item. No reply....anyway item was sent back unopened and with original packing. Tbe return was free. All good however the seller decided to charge me £3.25 claiming item was not in original condition. I would argue that. Seemed a bit naughty and also looks like attempt to recover postage loss by penalising the customer
