  Very disappointed- purchased the item online Feb 24th with an expected delivery date of March 18th, was given weekly updates on item shipping progress only to get an email on March 17th telling me the item cannot be delivered to Canada and they were now issuing me a refund. I should have been notified right away that they could not fulfill my order instead of making me wait so long. I have since ordered the item from Amazon with a guaranteed deliver date of less than a week from their supplier.
