    Great communication! The best! Tracking was incorrect stating pkg had not been shipped and did not update until received. Seller replied immediately when asked and followed up after received. Packaging was excellent. As DVDs there as described. Good value.

    The packaging was labeled fragile, the record itself was protected, still sealed in original plastic as described, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to this seller for a stellar experience!! Thank you so much. Coming all the way from FL to MN, I’d pay the $5 shipping fee over and over. Thank you again.

    Item was received quickly and well packed. Unfortunately, the DVD was defective and wouldn't play. Contacted seller, and they responded immediately and offered full refund. Though I was disappointed I could watch the movie, it was mitigated by the customer service offered. Things happens, items can be faulty, but I have nothing but praise for seller's way of doing business.
