  the 29.3usd is tax , not shipping cost . the UPS help you clear the customs . you as a USA person , you should know the 29.3usd is charged by your trump government ,as tax . all over of the world person know , USA charge tax . so, please do not buy from me again if you not know this . you as a USA person ,give me a bad comment . .
