  I got notice from this company that because of the workload that it was going to take longer to repair than advertise. A lot of companies don’t extend that courtesy. Because I so desperately need it, I sent it to them priority mail, which ended up taking a week instead of three days to get to them. I am very hopeful that they will get back to me as soon as it’s repaired and offer me an expedited shipping. I’m giving them a good rating because of the communication so far I don’t have the item bac

  I sent my ECM not knowing if that was my problem or not. They tested it and called to tell me that it was fine, not the problem. I asked if they would test it again just in case and they did. They called again and said that the ECM was fine. They then refunded some of the purchase price....who does that? I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIA to anyone who is having a problem with their ECM,ECU or PCM. They are the BEST...

  While the ECM for my vehicle was damaged beyond repair, SIA Electronics was able to repair a module that I sent to them previously. I experienced excellent communication with them during the process of diagnosing this particular ECM. I was only charged for troubleshooting this module and refunded the balance of my payment. My defective ECM was returned to me. I highly recommend this service provider!! A++++ customer service.!

  This was a service that could not be performed. Was told any error could be fixed, but this one could not. Time taken was as stated. Still awaiting a partial refund.

  This seller posts their business phone number on the listing and you can call and ask them any questions prior to purchase through eBay. My experience was great, I sent in my vehicle PCM (computer) they fixed it and sent it back. Voila! my old truck runs again.

  Good and efficient service. The ECU was not repairable and if you see it is burnt on any of the fuses or links it will not be repairable. Paid about $70 to have it looked at and sent back within 2 weeks. Al and all a good service. I had to call in to find out as it was shipped back without a call.
