  Shipment arrived on time and was packed extremely well! The computer arrived just as described too. I had a couple questions during the process and I really appreciate the seller taking the time to answer my questions.   Just as described in the photos and description. Seller reached out to let me know when the item had shipped and it came extremely quickly, also with its own packaging and inside of a box to prevent any possible scuffs. Great seller and I'm very happy with the earbuds!

  Shipping was slower than I'd like but considering that my area is understaffed in the trucking department then it's all good. Packaging was minimal and allowed the power supply to move around a little too much, but for a metal box, not so bad. Came around for a second try as described all because the seller was happy to commiunucate to them when there was a mistake. The value of this unit is good, since I paid only a hundred and some change compared to the multi hundred of other units

  Seller was very professional and responsive. They ran out of the Ryzen 7 5800x, but swiftly contacted me and offered an upgrade to the Ryzen 9 5900x for an extra $50, which I accepted. The PC was packaged very securely, with clear film protecting against scratches and a rigid air pouch surrounding the item for cushioning. After plugging it in, I verified that it came with every part, exactly as described.

  Received the wrong item at first but customer service instantly responded to my message and submitted a refund with no questions asked, proceeded to order another one through them since they were so responsive and helpful. Truly a good seller.
