  I recommend this seller. Fair prices, good communication. I preordered this item a few weeks before it released. They reached out with an offer to pay for faster shipping, which I really appreciated. I got it all the way from Japan in less than a week from ship date and they shipped it early.   It has been my best shopping experience on eBay. The seller is very attentive to my questions. Express shipping was very efficient for fast shipping. I was surprised by its arrival in less than a week from Japan to Puerto Rico. My boyfriend is very happy with this purchase. I totally recommend it. The box and everything very protected.   The seller was kind enough to send the item with more expensive shipping rather than cancel the order after we found out that there's currently no sane shipping to my place due to some reasons, and he even paid the extra cost which I'm really grateful for! I did had some issues with said shipping company charging me extra 77.25 dollars regradless and not telling me when it supposed to arrive a bit beforehand, which caused me to almost miss them, but that got nothing to do with the seller.

  Smart shipping. The box was a little dented, but nothing too bad. The figure is authentic, and brand new. The value was okay. I wish it was less, but it's the same price as buying one along with the shipping cost from japan. It even arrived early. Great seller.

  I received the figure on time and as expected. The seller was very communicative during the pre-order process, providing plenty of details. The caveat is with the figure itself: the weight of the hair caused a crack in the neck, which could lead to further damage or the head breaking off. This is not an issue with the seller. I recommend displaying it with the hair stand to avoid stressing the neck. The figure is well-made, and I highly recommend this seller.
