    I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the seller's prompt response. My cardigan did not meet my expectations regarding quality and size, and I reported this. I received a very honest response immediately. Errors were immediately acknowledged, and the entire amount, including shipping costs to Chile, was promptly refunded.     Great Longchamp bag as described in the photo and kept very well as well ! Great seller! Nicely package was packed very nicely. Only bit bigger medium size bag than usual Longchamp medium size bag! Great tracking system. Received the international shipment on given period of time.

    These $71 pants took 3+weeks to arrive. The pants arrived in a plastic bag and smelled musty and very wrinkled. They also were stretched out across the back side. Seller Dima said no problem to return but please cancel your first return request and request a new return with the reason changed to wrong size. I stupidly compiled with her request and now I am unable to return at all. Do not use this seller as she is manipulative and doesn’t give returns.
