    The service of this seller is more than excellent. I bought an item from them and it arrived early than my estimated time. I received the item just within 7 working days

    Seller offers equipment and 10 days after order was placed decides to cancel it with a shipping address issue. Checking his product once again I can see that the product has a higher price than before. Seller is selling equipment that isn't in his warehouse and makes buyer lose valuable time with his lack of professionalism.

    Seller cancels 8 days after order was placed. Claims it had to be canceled because of a shipping address issue. There is no issue with our address. This seller is clearly either not keeping track of their stock or selling out of someone else's stock room. I am not the only customer to have had this same exact "address issue". Take note from the customer who has had an account a lot longer than this fly by night seller. This seller is not worth your troubles.

    Didn't get delivery up to 30 days after purchase. When I emailed the seller, I didn't get a response. Thankfully Ebay is in the process of refunding my money now.

    The HMI arrived without mounting brackets. It took weeks and several emails before the brackets finally arrived.
