  Shipped a whole home surge protector to be installed by an electrician into our whole home fuse box. Item was shipped in a thinly padded bag. Electronic item box had clearly been opened despite the description. Item was outside its flimsy cardboard box floating around in the bag unprotected. Seller offered me 10% off if I kept it. I wanted to return it for a new, in an unopened box, in safe packaging replacement. Seller finally agreed. In a few days they sent me a return label.

  Do not order from them. They give you a tracking number for someone else's package. It says the package is delivered but you get a message from them saying that the package was lost in delivery. They do refund, but there is something very weird and unusal going on. I ordered the same item 3 times, and it happened every time. I do not know why they give a tracking number for a package that fed ex says is delivered yet you never receive it and you get a refund.
