  Great seller, they had problems with their shipment arriving late and were apologetic about it, offering a discount on future orders. I told them none of that was necessary and I understood as a seller that things happen out of your control. Always communicated with me about it and that is ultimately all that is needed.

  The seller was very kind and communicative when the box was delayed. They offered me a full refund, although I decided to just wait for the stock to come in.   Fast shipping. Packaged well in a box and bubble wrapped and an envelope around the box. Pretty water bottle. Searched all around Tokyo and couldn’t find one. Glad I got this. Thank you! A+++ seller!
