    Second time ordering from this seller who has been outstanding in helping me with producing a slightly different sized version of the item pictured, which fits my prop perfectly. The product is well made, and the thread is a superb feature making it easy to disassemble when necessary. Seller is very fast to reply to messages and to assist, and produced and shipped these items to my in the UK with no issues or delays whatsoever. Highly recommended and thank you for your help!     Seller mixed up which PS2 to send me. I received one different from the ad. However, they immediately messaged me back when I inquired about the mistake and had no hesitation in offering a refund after receiving the item back. I would call this a hiccup redeemed by great customer service. :)

    It shipped quickly and was packaged more than adequately, and it works perfectly as described aside from one thing: the lid detection switch. It reads discs very well, but imagine my confusion when I popped one in for the first time and nothing happened. I had to jerry-rig a solution with folded paper and a rubber band, as shown in the picture. I never contacted the seller about this, as I didn't have a controller until last week to test it. Aside from that small flaw, it was great!
