    A very interesting registered letter bill with the rare Highland S.C. Down postmark, as described. Very well packed with some nice postage stamps on the front. Excellent value item considering the rarity. Unfortunately it took over 3 weeks to arrive despite being sent by air mail.

    Unfortunately, my envelope never arrived from Australia to the United States, I am very disappointed as I could not find this item anywhere else. Seller provided immediate refund when notified of the item being lost (I waited almost 2 months to be as sure as possible). Honest seller with whom I have very positive past purchases.
