Unfortunately, on this occasion, the item was incorrect HOWEVER, in my humble opinion, the mark of a great company is how they treat you after they've taken your money OR when there's a problem ! This e-bayer was absolutely first class ! Swift communications, my return request was initiated fast & a return, post paid, method supplied immediately. I advised when I'd returned, they replied & refunded BEFORE receiving. 5/5*. Highly recommended. Thank you.

  The seller was absolutely fine. The item was posted promptly via Royal Mail. Royal Mail tracking was absolutely useless despite me visiting several times to check on progress. In fact I contacted the seller, who was once again absolutely fine, for an update. The first time I heard from Royal Mail was to tell me that the item had been delivered. Item was as described and did the job. Royal Mail could learn a lesson from that...
