  I ordered this item, Coast Guard model ship, on May 21st, and now it’s July 1st, and the seller hasn’t contacted me. I paid for the item, but no product and no response, after I sent 3 messages.

  I purchased the At-At Dec 23,2024. Paid in full. It has been a month. I do not have my purchase. I have received no tracking information. The estimated arrival date is Jan 23,2025 at the latest. You claim the item was shipped and returned to sender for damage but you have yet to supply a tracking number for the new product shipped. You offered a $20.00 discount but I have not seen a $20.00 refund. It takes you days to respond. Will I be getting my product or a full refund?
