  My item was lost by the post office, but the seller contacted me first with a refund offer. I'm sad I didn't get the item, but that was the post office's fault and the seller took care of it. Great seller and customer service, would do business again.

  They did a great job. They actually gave our money back when UPS clearly delivered the product to another house. They went above and beyond for us. Would definitely buy from them again. I cannot really say much about the product as UPS never got it to us. But it looks great :-)

  well, listed as new, it wasn't. Didn't work good from the git, Seller did relies this and did issue a refund. So nothing bad about seller, he did stand up and take item back with refund
