When I looked up their reviews (which I now know I should've done before ordering) I saw that this is a reoccurring issue with this seller. So I just requested a refund which they issued in a timely manner--therefore, I won't leave negative feedback. However, they did want to insist that it was magically "lost" in the mail.

Then the the tracking number revealed that the item hadn’t moved. I submitted two status requests and they were both ignored. My third request contained the magic word “feedback” and suddenly the package started moving. The vendor blamed the post office. What might have happened was a label was printed, but the item wasn’t taken to the post office. Of course it could be a coincidence.
