    Professional service from the Yorozu_Japan team, communication was always offered and detailed tracking was provided immediately. The product I ordered (Lamdash Pro 5) was exactly as described, brand new and expertly packaged for international shipping. Of course the price was also very competitive also, compared to local offerings. Although, something that I seemed to miss was the FedEx customs charge, I don't think it's Yorozu_Japan's fault as it is more of an eBay issue if anything.

    The package arrived promptly within 2 weeks, it is in excellent condition and was packaged well so that the appearence of the item was undamaged. Excellent value for cross-seas import, can highly recommend this seller! On a side note the description could have had more details, but the seller does respond very quickly to any questions i had and kept me up to date with the shipping process.

    Item arrived very quickly and in good working condition. The item was well-protected in bubble wrap and packing tape. Photos in the description were accurate. Import tax from Japan to US was higher than expected, $28, but not the seller's fault. I highly recommend the seller!

    The shipping was delivered quickly despite being an international order. The Seller was constantly communicating with me and reaching out if I had questions or concerns. The package was sealed well, and I didn't see any damage to the item. I highly recommend this seller and plan to continue to make future purchases with this individual. Thank you!

    I was surprised to see this item being offered at close to retail price, and better yet, from a highly rated seller. The shipping was incredibly easy! Seller properly filed customs paperwork so that my shipment arrived in under 2 weeks from across the globe! Item was packed with care and arrived in factory shrink wrap. I can't wait to try it out!I will absolutely shop with this seller again. Thank you!
