    Took 6 days to ship, product was not quite as described, and I could have bought the same item brand new, in unopened box for $1 less from Amazon, and waited the same for shipping, so not super happy. I know this because I just bought the same item from them and it wasn't open box/tampered with. The product description said, "Brand new in unopened box" but the pictured item showed different. That's the only reason I'm not giving it a negative rating.

    Item was recieved as described. I have not had the chance to view the dvds. However, I checked each dvd and no visible signs of scratch marks. I recommend this seller. Thank you!

    This size and style is very hard to find for my Dad. Super happy once I saw them, father loves them, price was fantastic and shipped quickly. HIGHLY recommend seller. Asset to Ebay.

    Item description stated the item was in perfect condition however, the plastic wrapper was torn and was evident in the listing photograph. Furthermore, the item arrived damaged due to the inferior wrapping job . It was shipped in an eBay plastic envelope, there was no item protection - no bubble wrap or shipping box. the seller then asked me if I damaged the product with scissors when I opened it. Seriously?

    He was looking for a partial refund. Since he said the books arrived damaged I started asking questions about how it arrived because it was insured. After that he was not very pleasant. I accepted the return. He got a full refund! Thanks for the Negative!
