  Great communication with seller. I always appreciate when sellers invite buyers to message with questions! Also appreciate when sellers allow returns. When I asked a question about fit, I was assured I could return it if it didn't. This item was securely packaged and mailed the next day. The sweater is exactly as described and shown in the photos. I'm very pleased with it! :)

  Great communication. The wrong item was shipped at first, but i contacted the seller who literally immediately answered my email and shipped out the original item right away which arrived super fast, within a few days.   This Orvis linen blouse was in excellent previously owned condition, as described. The seller kindly offered me a discounted price, which I accepted. The blouse was nicely packaged and arrived in a timely manner with a very kind card included assuring me that the seller would take steps to ensure my happiness with the purchase.The blouse color is a bit darker than it appeared on my screen, but still lovely; and since I imagine the natural fabric will fade some over time anyway, I am keeping it.

  Shipping cost very reasonable, waterproof envelope was great as it was storming today, top was as described, although appears to have shrunk a bit (still fits me fine as I'm short) and I really like it.
