  2 out of 3 books did not come in as described. Upon opening the package, I instantly noticed damages to book covers that was not mentioned in description. Contacted seller with issue and asked to return and for refund but was flatly ignored in that regard, saying it was intact with no damages and books were bubble wrapped individually (it wasn’t). No actual proof of packaging provided. Mostly said “I don’t what else to tell you” with no apology or empathy whatsoever. Very disappointed.
