  Item arrived after shipper misadventure bent socket with crystal base separated from vertical crystal piece. Box Abuse from shipper as well as sitting in excessive heat temperatures for 6 days affected manufacture glue//silicon keeping base secured. Recommend no more fedex ground for items of value unless insured appropriately. Lost for 6 days *after* going over hundreds of miles in wrong direction ..😶 surprised it made it. No fault of seller just suggest diff shipper.🤷‍♀️..

  The book was well overdue for delivery. Seller decided to change delivery method without my approval. They refunded the difference of $4.03 between Priority Mail as stated in the ad to "Media Mail" I assume. The book still did not arrive for days. This was sloppy execution that could have been solve by a little bit of communication. I did not see the book so I cannot judge its condition. They refunded my card even after telling them I still wanted the book. I will not use this vendor again.
