  The order was placed. They didn't have the quantity I ordered. They emailed me right away and issued a refund. This is good business all the way around. Even though I didn't get what I needed from them, they showed integrity and trust. In the park home run!

  It would be better if a customer service rep verified the correct part to help inexperienced buyers (to avoid purchasing, then returning the wrong part). I believe this is a professional company. It’s just better for business to be proactive and increase customer satisfaction. Otherwise, a nice-to-have is free returns. The return cost was $8-9 for this part because Dometic (the actual manufacturer, not this seller) provided the wrong part number. Very professional business.
