  Ordering was incredible. All went extremely well except product was received a week later. May not be due to the retailer only the shipper. Product was what was noted in the ad.

  The seller was initially polite and responsive. However, the description on the listing was very inaccurate to the item I received (different materials- it's thin and all cotton, not the cotton & wool fall/winter jacket the description claimed it to be). When I politely informed the seller of this and asked to return the item, they refused, admitted they generated the description with AI and blamed me for not asking them directly. I hope they will make it right and refund my $105.
