  Seller shipped item promptly which I appreciate. Unfortunately the item received did not match the listing, but the seller responded very promptly and graciously processed a refund for the incorrect item.   The Defiant 16VAC 30VA transformer I received was well packaged. It did not work when received and had a faulty secondary coil and/or bad internal thermal fuse; however, the seller responded quickly to my concerns and refunded the amount paid promptly, which is a sign of a reputable seller.
