    Everything about the item checked out, but took a week for it to leave from their location. They claimed it was sent sooner, but tracking didn’t populate after a week then it got here in 3 days. Maybe USPS messed up, but I feel someone forgot to drop it off at the post office. That’s my only gripe other than that item as described. Just be prepared to wait a week for it to actually ship.

    The seller had a mistake with their inventory, but contacted me quickly to make it right. I actually didn't see their message right away so they messaged me again. Disappointed I wasn't able to get what I ordered from them (the price was great), but mistakes happen and they worked quickly to provide me with options to make it right. Because of this, I'd order from them again without any hesitation.

    Product was purchased as "open box" but appears new and unused. All the parts and pieces were included. Have assembled but haven't installed and tested yet. Product is as advertised and seller provided good communication and shipped promptly. Arrived as promised. Good transaction will do business with again
