  My item actually arrived earlier than I expected, which was a nice surprise The Mom cozy clock arrived as described, New, in the original box, and complete with the manufacturer's instructions. The seller's price was less than on other websites I had seen it as well, so a bonus.

There was an issue in that one of the vacuum tubes was broken - seller responded to my message about the issue immediately and refunded enough of the purchase price to cover my purchase of replacement tubes. A++ seller for promptly making things right. Would definitely buy from them again.
