    Good product, great pricing and timely communication. However, item had no protection or padding when shipped. The keyboard was just dropped in a box and mailed off. No bubble wrap, packing peanuts or even crumpled paper for protection. Some scratches on keycaps appeared to have been from the keyboard being loose in the shipping box, but it is possible they were on already on the keyboard and not visible on photos. I ultimately replaced the keycaps so it didn't bother me too much.
