  Nice details on this printed rug. Rug is shipped folded rather then rolled, causing deep creases.to the fabric Advised seller, all four rugs purchased, were all shipped folded. Seller was to contact factory to determine safest method to remove the creases. Rugs are a good value for the money, especially if the creases can be removed.

  I ordered and Item from them but they were unable to send the product to me in a timely manner and they let me know as soon as they noticed the inconvenience. Since it was something out of both of our control I asked for a refund and they honored my request and even sent me a 10% discount. I may not have received my item but they were very professional and honored my request for a refund.
