    Five stars for Eriko (you_and_minami) on reversing a wrong ittem/shipping issue for me. I ordered a Japanese engraved hammer that matches another smaller item in my collection. When the package first arrived I was shocked to find a baseball cap - for $135. I contacted you_and_minami (ebay was zero help), Eriko identified the mistake, procured the right item and shipped it ASAP at no additional charge. Fabulous response from across the ocean. If only every purchase was this satisfying. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Very good communication. After completing my purchase I received continuous updates regarding shipping. Then came the super fast delivery. The parcel was received within 5 days despite international shipping from Japan to the UK. The device was packaged with care. It was well boxed and adequately protected. You can understand why... these Microsoft Surface pbones are extremely delicate. The device received is in IMMACULATE condition. I am so pleased with the purchase. 5 star for the vendor!

Item shipped promptly and in original packaging (just a slight recommendation for overseas shipping if I may: please package the boxed item in a separate box as the original can get damaged and increases risk of the item within to also get damaged - see photo.     They were very communicative and packed the VCR very very very well!!!!! It shipped perfectly from Japan, no issues. They even included a tape I could use to get started immediately (I already had some but that was very kind of them). It was exactly as described and shown. Now onto the unit itself. Oh my God. This thing is amazing. It basically turns your VHS and S-VHS tapes into something otherworldly. The fine adjustments you can make to tracking, video and color are impossible to beat.
